Description
Sea Thrift or Sea Pink is a hardy, evergreen perennial, forming dense, 6–12 inch mounds of grassy, dark green foliage. In mid-spring, it produces globular, papery clusters of pink or white flowers on 6–10 stiff inch stalks.
Grows 6-12 inches tall and 8-12 inches wide. It thrives in dry, sandy, gravelly, or infertile, well-drained soils. Very drought-tolerant once established; requires little water.
