Video

In a constant search for protein, the sea otter must eat about 1/4 of its body weight each day to keep itself healthy and warm.  Marine Protected Areas like Point Lobos State Marine Reserve are essential for the survival of this threatened species providing this marine mammal the food and shelter of the kelp forest it needs.
